The Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pump Body is constructed from high-strength stainless steel grades such as SS304 or SS316, engineered specifically for demanding industrial applications involving high pressure, abrasive fluids, and strong corrosive media. Its reinforced metal structure provides exceptional durability and impact resistance, ensuring stable and continuous operation even in harsh environments.
This pump body is suitable for oil transfer, chemical feed processing, wastewater discharge, slurry transport, and other tough applications. The internal flow surfaces are finely polished to reduce resistance, maintain cleanliness, and improve performance when handling viscous liquids or media containing solid particles.
With tight machining tolerances, the pump body integrates seamlessly with diaphragms, valve balls, and valve seats. Its strong deformation resistance and high pressure endurance make it ideal for long-term use in heavy industrial production lines.
